Dr Franziska Kramer is a German and US lawyer and counsel at GÖRG in Frankfurt, Mannheim and Cologne.

She specialises in insolvency administration and restructuring advice for German and international companies, banks, investment funds and PE companies. 

In the area of insolvency administration, Dr Franziska Kramer's range of activities includes in particular the continuation of operations and restructuring of insolvent companies as well as the handling of insolvency proceedings from various sectors of the economy.

In addition, Dr Franziska Kramer has extensive experience in corporate restructuring as well as in filing for insolvency, filing and enforcing claims in insolvency proceedings.
