GÖRG appoints four new Counsel...
Dr Franziska Kramer is a German and US lawyer and counsel at GÖRG in Frankfurt, Mannheim and Cologne.
She specialises in insolvency administration and restructuring advice for German and international companies, banks, investment funds and PE companies.
In the area of insolvency administration, Dr Franziska Kramer's range of activities includes in particular the continuation of operations and restructuring of insolvent companies as well as the handling of insolvency proceedings from various sectors of the economy.
In addition, Dr Franziska Kramer has extensive experience in corporate restructuring as well as in filing for insolvency, filing and enforcing claims in insolvency proceedings. She is also an experienced advisor for company acquisitions and sales in crisis and out of insolvency, accompanying the entire process from the selection of potential investors through the due diligence phase to the negotiation of the corresponding contracts.
A further focus of her work is on ongoing asset management in the property sector. Her broad knowledge of the sector extends to the property industry, banks and savings banks, investment funds and the automotive industry.
