GÖRG advised itesys AG on the acquisition of nexQuent Group. A GÖRG from different locations team, led by Frankfurt partner Markus Beyer, assisted itesys AG in the transaction. With this acquisition, the SAP service provider enters the German market and expands its position in the German market. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
Since it was founded in 2015 as a full-service provider for relevant SAP topics, the Hamburg-based nexQuent Group has developed into an established consulting and software development company focussing on SAP-based technologies and currently employs around 40 people. As part of the transaction, the individual companies of the nexQuent Group were merged so that in future they will operate uniformly on the market under the name nexQuent Consulting GmbH.
itesys AG is one of the largest SAP-base operation and project service providers in Switzerland. Founded in 2003, the company employs around 130 people and provides its customers with comprehensive support for SAP operations and SAP technology. With closing of the transaction, the Swiss SAP-service provider enters the German market and expanding its position in the European market. As a result of the acquisition, itesys AG now operates with a team of around 170 employees and plans to make its expertise available internationally in Switzerland, Germany, Slovakia, Romania and New Zealand in the future. Individual sellers of the nexQuent Group will continue to be reinvested on level of itesys AG.
