The Krefeld Local Court has appointed GÖRG partner Joachim C. Mohlitz as preliminary insolvency administrator of Bosswerk GmbH & Co. KG with registered office in Nettetal. On 24 July 2024, the management filed an application for the opening of insolvency proceedings with the local court.

Bosswerk sells solar systems and home storage systems via its online shop Greenakku. Due to developments on the solar market and a sharp drop in prices for solar technology, the company had to contend with considerable challenges.

During the reorganisation, business operations will continue without restriction and all 100 employees will be kept on. The payment of wages and salaries is guaranteed during the provisional insolvency proceedings.

Joachim C. Mohlitz, an experienced lawyer in the field of reorganisation and restructuring, will work together with the management to continue business operations and secure the restructuring measures already initiated. The aim is to achieve sustainable financial stabilisation and find a viable solution for the future.
