GÖRG advises FEHRMANN on Joint Venture with CREMER

GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB has advised high-tech company FEHRMANN on a joint venture with the international trading group CREMER.

The joint venture company FEHRMANN ALLOYS GmbH produces innovative high performance aluminum alloys for sand casting and 3D printing. The partners perfectly complement one another: FEHRMANN contributes the technical and metallurgical know-how while CREMER provides instant access to global markets through its powerful network. With its proprietary high performance alloys and the brand new alloy system “AlMgty” the joint venture is already an innovation leader in the rapidly growing 3D printing market.

The partners’ commitment is reflected by the fact that with Henning Fehrmann and Anthony Cremer the owner level will be represented in the joint venture’s Management.
