GÖRG advised French SendinBlue on the acquisition of the shares in Newsletter2Go

[Hamburg, ] A GÖRG team led by Hamburg partner Dr. Frank Evers has advised the French SendinBlue SAS on the acquisition of the shares in the Germany based Newsletter2Go GmbH. In addition to negotiating the agreement, the GÖRG team also addressed related issues involved in the transaction in the areas of tax, IT and labour law. With the acquisition of the shares in Newsletter2Go GmbH, the two technology providers will continue to expand their majority market share in Europe.

About SendinBlue SAS

Founded in 2012 by Armand Thiberge, SendinBlue SAS provides small and mid-sized enterprises with effective online marketing tools at an affordable price. The company currently employs 165 people across three international locations: New Delhi, Seattle and its headquarters in Paris.

About Newsletter2Go GmbH

Newsletter2Go GmbH was founded in 2011 by Christoph Beuck and Steffen Schebesta. Maximilian Modl has supported the co-founders as CMO since 2013. Newsletter2Go GmbH’s goal is to assist small and mid-sized enterprises in effectively boosting revenue through efficient email marketing. The Berlin-based company currently employs 60 people and is used by over 185,000 corporate customers.
