A GÖRG team led by Paul Caesar Rode has advised the founders and shareholders of the Düsseldorf based app provider TorAlarm on the sale of a majority stake to BILD GmbH. With the transaction, Germany’s fastest football app becomes a member of the sports family of BILD group. The founders Maurice and Dirk Eisterhues continue to work for the company.
TorAlarm runs the fastest app for results of the Bundesliga as well as live scores of other European top leagues. With more than 22 million downloads, TorAlarm is among the fastest growing football apps for iOS and Android and with its content covers 108 national and international football competitions. TorAlarm was founded in 2012 by the brothers Maurice and Marcel Eisterhues and their father Dirk Eisterhues.
