GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB advised and supported Real I.S. on the sale of the office and commercial building at Juri-Gagarin-Ring 90 in Erfurt, a property of the private customer fund Bayernfonds City-Invest Erfurt, Jena. Under the lead management of partner Silvio Sittner, GÖRG advised Real I.S. on the transaction by way of an asset deal during the preparation of the transaction and during the negotiations of the purchase agreement.
The City-Haus, with over 6,200 m² of rental space, is a predominantly commercial property with underground car park. The property was built in 1997.
GÖRG regularly advises clients on the acquisition or sale of office complexes and shopping centres, including the sale of the "City Carré" shopping centre in Magdeburg and the "Supplier Park" in Cologne as well as the acquisition of an office and commercial building in Chemnitz.
