GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB advised Ekosem-Agrar AG, with a team led by the Munich capital markets partner Dr. Christian Becker, on the issue of a third corporate bond with a volume of more than EUR 40 million.
Ekosem-Agrar AG is the largest milk producer in Russia. The additional funds from the bond issue will be used to finance the purchase of farms and agricultural land.
The new Ekosem bond 2019/2024 has an annual interest rate of 7.50% and a term of five years. The transaction also included a voluntary exchange offer to holders of the 2012/2021 Ekosem bond, including a multiple purchase option for bondholders participating in the exchange. The public offering of the loans of Eksosem bond 2019/2024 took place in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and in Germany. The required securities prospectus was approved by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) in Luxembourg and notified to the Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (BaFin).
The transaction was accompanied by IR.on AG from Cologne in the areas of communication / investor Relations.

Ekosem-Agrar AG, Walldorf, is the German holding company of the Ekoniva Group, one of the largest Russian agricultural companies.
