GÖRG advises Ampega on the acquisition of a commercial and residential real estate complex in the Kriegsstraße in Karlsruhe

GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB has advised Ampega acting on behalf of a special fund of HDI Deutschland on the acquisition of the development project of the Unmüssig group of companies at Kriegsstraße 23-25 in Karlsruhe in form of a forward deal. A 10-storey hotel building with an underground car park for MotelOne and an adjoining 9-storey residential and commercial building with 25 flats and catering space as well as a sky bar with a view of the Karlsruhe castle and the city centre are being built there. The entire property will also have a direct connection to public transport. Completion is scheduled for the 1st quarter of 2023. 

Ampega's legal advice was provided by GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten, led by the Cologne partners Dr. Markus Heider (real estate law) and Dr. Wibke Schumacher (tax law). On the seller's side, the transaction was accompanied by mdbm project management from Karlsruhe and legally by Mr. Jan Dohle, LL.M. of the law firm Dohle - Simon Rechtsanwälte from Freiburg.
