GÖRG advises SIT Skin Investigation and Technology Hamburg GmbH in context with the takeover by SGS INSTITUT FRESENIUS GmbH

[Hamburg, ] A GÖRG team led by Associated Partner Dr. John-Patrick Bischoff has advised the shareholders of the Hamburg based SIT Skin Investigation and Technology Hamburg GmbH on the sale of all shares to SGS INSTITUT FRESENIUS GmbH. With the acquisition of SIT Skin Investigation and Technology Hamburg GmbH the SGS-group expands its consumer and retail service portfolio into the testing sector for skin care. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price or details concerning the transaction.
