[Frankfurt, ] GÖRG has advised Patrizia Immobilien AG in relation to the long-term letting of office space at Am Seestern 24 in Düsseldorf. It was possible to acquire Athlon, a subsidiary of the Daimler Group, as the tenant of the approximately 8,500 m2 space. Athlon, which is a provider of car leasing and fleet management services, has signed an eleven-year lease with an option to renew for an additional four years. This means that the premises are fully let and that their value has increased significantly.
