About Coca-Cola European Partners (Deutschland) GmbH
GÖRG has been advising Coca-Cola European Partners (Deutschland) GmbH and its legal predecessor, Coca-Cola Erfrischungsgetränke AG, extensively on corporate and commercial law matters for many years.
Coca-Cola European Partners (Deutschland) GmbH is the German national company of Uxbridge, UK-based Coca-Cola European Partners plc (CCEP), the listed parent company of the European Coca-Cola bottlers. The latter was formed in 2016 from the merger of the three bottlers Coca-Cola Enterprises, Coca-Cola Iberian Partners, S.A. and the German Coca-Cola Erfrischungsgetränke AG. CCEP is thus the largest independent Coca-Cola bottler in the world. Almost half of the shares traded on the LSE and NYSE are in free float.
