Cologne, 10.01.2022

GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB advised QuinScape Group GmbH from Dortmund, a portfolio company of Auctus Capital, on the raising of acquisition financing. SD&C Solutions Development & Consulting GmbH was founded in 2003 and is now an established IT service provider in northern Germany with 85 employees. ixto GmbH, also founded in 2003, has 27 employees and is a leading provider for the realisation of customised data solutions. After the merger, the group of three companies now employs 300 people approx.

A GÖRG team led by Cologne partner Dr Thomas Lange successfully assisted the QuinScape Group with banking law and financial law advice.
