GÖRG advises Wealthcap on the purchase of a residential and commercial building at Wilmersdorfer Str. 59 in Berlin

Berlin, 10.05.2022

GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB advised Wealthcap on the acquisition of a residential and commercial building at Wilmersdorfer Str. 59 in 10627 Berlin.

The property, which is located close to the S-Bahn station Charlottenburg/U-Bahn station Wilmersdorfer Straße, was completed in the fourth quarter of 2020. Due to its good location, the residential and commercial building can be easily reached on foot, by bike or by public transport. The property comprises space for offices, retail and apartments. The total rental area of 5,521 m² is divided into approx. 2,776 m² of office, approx. 180 m² of retail, approx. 1,775 m² of living space including roof terrace and approx. 790 m² for basement, storage and building services.

Led by Silvio Sittner, GÖRG and its team provided real estate law advice to Wealthcap on the transaction, in particular on the legal and tax due diligence, on the negotiations of the purchase agreement as well as on the financing.

GÖRG regularly advises Wealthcap and other clients on the acquisition or sale of larger office complexes and shopping centres, for example Wealthcap on the sale of the shopping and business centre "Bahnhofspassagen" in Potsdam and the shopping centre "Das Schloss" in Berlin.
