GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB advised Vaeridion GmbH at the beginning of the year on a financing round in which the Munich-based start-up raised a total of EUR 3.2 million in venture capital. The two co-founders, Ivor van Dartel and Sebastian Seemann, are planning to build an electric small aircraft with space for two pilots and nine passengers.
The Vaeridion electric microliner, unlike many electric vertical take-off concepts, is designed to take off and land like a normal aircraft. In total, the electric small aircraft will be able to carry its passengers up to 400 kilometres plus reserve. Flight operations are scheduled to begin by 2030.
A GÖRG team led by Munich partner Dr. Bernt Paudtke successfully advised Vaeridion GmbH, which was founded in autumn 2021, on a financing round.
