GÖRG advises Franchise Brands on acquisition of Pirtek

Together with the lead counsel, UK law firm Gateley, a GÖRG team led by Hamburg partners Dr. Frank Evers and Paul Caesar Rode has advised Franchise Brands plc on the German law aspects of the acquisition of Pirtek Europe for GBP 200m.

Listed on the AIM segment of the London Stock Exchange, Franchise Brands is an international, multi-brand franchisor focussing on B2B van-based reactive and planned services.

While the team around Dr. Frank Evers was responsible for the German part, the overall transaction, which involved eight jurisdictions, was coordinated by Gateley partners Paul Cliff, Martin Montgomery and Chris Jones.
