GÖRG advised the nationwide project development and investment company VALUES Real Estate on the acquisition of the medical centre ‘H87 Gesundheitszentrum Friedenau’ in Berlin-Friedenau for the institutional fund VALUES Health Invest I.
The two-part property at Hauptstrasse 87 is located in an established neighbourhood. It has a rental area of more than 2,700 m² and is fully let on a long-term basis to nine medical specialists, a dialysis centre and a hearing aid acoustician. The property will be part of the VALUES Health Invest I institutional fund, which focuses on outpatient medical centres and medical care centres in the core/core-plus segment. The closing took place on 1 October 2024.

VALUES Real Estate was also advised by Cushman & Wakefield (technical due diligence) and Drees & Sommer (ESG due diligence). GSK Stockmann provided legal advice on the seller side of the transaction.
