GÖRG expands its Insolvency and Debtor-In-Possession Management practice with Dr. Holger Leichtle

Cologne/Stuttgart, 12.05.2020

Dr. Holger Leichtle, the nationally renowned insolvency administrator and lawyer, moves with his team including, inter alia, two other insolvency administrators Sebastian Krapohl and Simone Kaldenbach from Schultze & Braun to GÖRG. This means that the strong insolvency and debtor-in-possession management practice of GÖRG, which will be considerably strengthened by the recently announced addition of Tim Beyer, Olaf Helmke and Stefan Liese in Northern Germany, will now be extended to Southern Germany with offices in Stuttgart, Ulm and Friedrichshafen.

Prof. Dr. Gerrit Hölzle, head of insolvency law practice at GÖRG: "With the move of Dr. Holger Leichtle, we are not only closing the axis between our offices in Frankfurt and Munich and consistently rounding off our range of services in the southwest, but are also gaining a respected and established partner in the market, with whom we are consistently consolidating and expanding our insolvency administration and debtor-in-possession management practice together". The exact date of the changeover has not yet been determined and is the subject of ongoing exit negotiations.
