GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB advised HanseMerkur Grundvermögen AG on the acquisition of the "Smart Office" commercial property in Düsseldorf's "Airport City" at Klaus-Bungert-Strasse 8/8a. The seller is a joint venture company of the Bema Group and the ABG Real Estate Group.
The five-storey building complex designed by sop architekten includes two H-shaped wings with glass connecting elements. It is being built on a site of just under 10,000 m² in Düsseldorf-Unterrath and is scheduled for completion in late summer 2021. The building has 14,400 m² of office space and 293 parking spaces. Tenants are Deutsche Glasfaser, Intersnack and Boston Scientific Corporation.
