GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB advised the founders of Medical Eye-Care MVZ Nord GmbH on the sale to the Dutch hospital chain Bergman Clinics, which belongs to the private equity company Triton.
Under the lead management of Hamburg partner Dr. John-Patrick Bischoff, GÖRG accompanied the transaction including the implementation and coordination of the bidding process. Prior to the sale, the GÖRG team advised the shareholders on the restructuring of the group into a medical care centre (MVZ).
