GÖRG advises neurocare group on investment by Impact Expansion and TVM Capital Healthcare

Munich, 13.02.2025

GÖRG advised the neurocare group (neurocare) with a team led by Munich partner Dr Christian Schröder on an investment by the private equity companies Impact Expansion and TVM Capital Healthcare in the amount of EUR 19.3 million.

The financing will support the Munich-based neuroscience company neurocare in the further development of its technologies and services as well as the international expansion of its presence in mental health clinics.

The GÖRG team led by Dr Christian Schröder already supported neurocare last year when TVM Capital Healthcare invested EUR 10 million (plus a secondary investment of EUR 6 million).

neurocare has developed a platform that enables doctors to offer patients a detailed multidimensional diagnosis (including sleep, brain function and psychological evaluation) in order to create individualised therapy plans. The therapy can include psychotherapy, neuromodulation and sleep therapy as well as medication and help to improve patients' self-regulation, resilience and social skills. The platform is used not only in the company's own clinics in the USA, Australia and the Netherlands, but also in a growing number of partner clinics worldwide. Around 3,000 patients are currently treated by neurocare in the company's own clinics every year.

TVM Capital Healthcare is a private equity investor headquartered in Dubai and Singapore with offices in Riyadh and Ho Chi Minh City. The company invests expansion and growth capital in healthcare companies to improve local access to quality care, particularly in the MENA region.

Impact Expansion is a pan-European impact private equity firm headquartered in Luxembourg with offices in Brussels and Paris.
