GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB advised Real I.S. AG on the sale of an office building at Taubenstraße 7-9 in Berlin-Mitte. The property was acquired by a special purpose company of DIC Asset AG on condition precedent.
The modern office building is located in a prime location close to the Friedrichstrasse, Gendarmenmarkt and Unter den Linden Boulevard. The building, which was extensively renovated in 2004 and 2005, comprises approx. 10,100 m2 of total rental space on nine floors and 38 parking spaces. It is currently fully let to a banking company.
With a team led by Silvio Sittner, GÖRG advised Real I.S. AG on real estate law during the transaction, the preparation of a legal fact book and the negotiation of the purchase agreement.
GÖRG regularly advises clients on the acquisition or sale of office complexes and shopping centres, most recently on the sale of the office and commercial building Juri-Gagarin-Ring 90 in Erfurt, on the acquisition of the office and commercial building in the Strasse der Nationen 2-4 in Chemnitz and the "City Carré" in Magdeburg.
