GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB has advised ECOMMERCE ONE AcquiCo GmbH from Munich, a portfolio company of Oakley Capital, on the raising of an acquisition financing. The mandated lead arranger of the financing is Joh. Berenberg, Gossler & Co. KG.
Oakley Capital had already acquired majority stakes in Afterbuy and DreamRobot in May, two leading providers of software solutions in the e-commerce sector in German-speaking countries, which were merged into the newly established ECOMMERCE ONE Group.
The ECOMMERCE ONE Group offers comprehensive software-as-a-service ("SaaS") solutions for online retailers who sell their products via web shops and online marketplaces such as Amazon or eBay. The SaaS-based platform enables its users to manage and automate difficult, manual and time-critical processes such as multi-channel product listing, data entry and inventory management.
A GÖRG team, under the lead management of partner Dr. Thomas Lange, successfully assisted Oakley Capital with the acquisition financing.
