GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB advised CA Immo on the acquisition of the office building "Am Karlsbad 11" in Berlin. The seller is Real Capital. Under the lead of Silvio Sittner, GÖRG and his team advised the transaction for CA Immo in the acquisition examination/due diligence as well as the negotiation and execution of the purchase agreement.
The office building is located in the immediate vicinity of Potsdamer Platz and the Gleisdreieck and thus offers an excellent infrastructure, local supply and excellent transport links to the entire city area. The building, which was constructed in 1994, comprises approx. 10,100 m² rental space and approx. 130 parking spaces.
The acquisition of the office building by CA Immo is one of numerous transactions that currently characterise the German property market. GÖRG regularly assists clients in the acquisition or sale of larger office complexes and shopping centres. Most recently, for example, in the sale of an office property at Taubenstrasse 7 - 9 in Berlin or the "das Schloss" shopping centre, also in Berlin.
