The restructuring project laid the groundwork for future cooperation between the shareholders of TSV München von 1860 e.V. and HAM International Limited, deferral of shareholder loans and an agreement with FC Bayern München concerning the club’s departure from the Allianz Arena. The main sponsor, “die Bayerische”, helped out with an interim loan.
With nearly 20,000 members, TSV München von 1860 e.V. ranks among Germany’s largest sports clubs. The club, which can look back upon a long tradition, offers members a wide range of sporting activities, including basketball, mountain climbing, boxing, soccer, bowling, track and athletics, wrestling, skiing, tennis and gymnastics as well as leisure-time activities and water sports.
