[Hamburg, ] A GÖRG team led by Hamburg partner Dr. Frank Evers has advised the entrepreneur Wilhelm Klumpe on the sale of the Emsland based waste management KLUMPE group to REMONDIS. The sale includes three group companies, real property and further assets. The sale takes place to arrange the succession of Mr. Klumpe.
About KLUMPE Group
The family-owned KLUMPE group, founded in 1851 and based in Werlte, Lower Saxony, serves about 1,400 commercial customers. The company collects and utilizes industrial waste, waste wood, rubble and paper and also operates a container service.
