GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB, led by partner Dr Philipp Grzimek, LL.M., has once again advised Summitas Gruppe GmbH on the acquisition of a company. The company acquired was Seeliger & Co. GmbH, based in Eichenau near Munich. As an independent insurance and financial broker, the company advises private and commercial clients in the areas of insurance, company pension schemes and investments.
The Summitas Group is a joint venture founded in 2022 by JDC Group AG, Bain Capital Insurance and Canada Life with the aim of creating an integrated insurance broker with a comprehensive range of services. For GÖRG, advising on the acquisition of Seeliger was already the eleventh transaction of the Summitas Group, in which the company relies on the expertise of the lawyers around partner Dr Philipp Grzimek.
