GÖRG advises the management and a former shareholder on the sale of the SI.TEQ Group to ARTUS

GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB has provided legal advice to the management and a former shareholder on the sale of SI.TEQ Group to competitor ARTUS Bautrocknungund Sanierungsgruppe (BSG), together with an investor group advised by Rigeto Unternehmerkapital. The services of the GÖRG team were also retained by the management around Marcel Kincses and Dominic Dietel for the agreement of the management's return participation.

SI.TEQ is a supraregional merger of Rostock-based SICCUM Trocknungs GmbH, Nuremberg-based Santeq GmbH and Pfister Trocknungs-Service GmbH from Würzburg. The three companies specialise in water, fire and mould damage restoration, By acquiring SI.TEQ, ARTUS BSG gains thirteen new locations and around 140 employees. 

An investor group advised by Rigeto Unternehmerkapital had acquired a majority stake in SICCUM in 2018. A supra-regionally active group of companies was developed with the founder and managing partner Marcel Kincses. This recorded strong organic growth through the establishment of new locations and the acquisition of Santeq and Pfister. In doing so, the number of SI.TEQ employees has increased from 30 to more than 140 in the past five years.
