The joint venture will enable both companies to not only have better access to each other's geographical and business sector markets, but also allow for reciprocal exchange of expertise, market knowledge as well as development and production capacity. The joint venture is expected to significantly accelerate the development of new payment technology. Furthermore, in view of the huge potential in the self-service markets, the joint venture will also concentrate its efforts towards new solutions for self-service markets.
In recent years, through its Frankfurt-based team headed by Florian Wolff, GÖRG has successfully established its practice in offering comprehensive advice to clients from the Asia Pacific and Southeast-Asian regions on their investment projects in Germany and the EU.
