GÖRG advises Digital+ Partners on investment in NavVis GmbH

[Munich, ] GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB advised Digitalplus GmbH ("Digital+ Partners") as an existing investor in a financing round of NavVis GmbH under the lead management of Munich partner Dr. Bernt Paudtke.

In addition to the existing investors MIG, Target Partners, BayBG and Digital+ Partners, the investor Kozo Keikaku Engineering Inc. participated in the Series C financing round with a total volume of EUR 31.1 million. (KKE) to NavVis.
