WirtschaftsWoche recognizes GÖRG as TOP law firm 2019 in the field of public procurement law

GÖRG is one of the top law firms in the field of public procurement law. In September 2019, the magazine WirtschaftsWoche commissioned an independent jury to identify the top law firms. GÖRG was awarded as one of 49 top law firms for public procurement law.

As part of the selection procedure, the Handelsblatt Research Institute (HRI) first identified 506 public procurement lawyers from 72 law firms. These in turn were to name five renowned colleagues. The resulting list was presented to a jury of experts in the third step. The jurors evaluated the lawyers and law firms mentioned and added missing experts as required. Finally, the HRI weighted the answers from the survey and the jury round. The result is a list of the 49 leading public procurement law firms and 69 particularly frequently recommended lawyers.

The WirtschaftsWoche expert panel and the jury selected three GÖRG lawyers as leading experts in public procurement law in Germany in 2019: Dr. Lutz Horn, Dr. Oliver Jauch und Dr. Jan Peter Scharf.
