Cologne, 21.07.2020

GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten advised Hengst on the planned acquisition of the hydraulic filtration business of Bosch Rexroth AG under the lead management of Dr. Christoph Niemeyer. The hydraulic filtration business of Bosch Rexroth AG with a location in Ketsch and 190 employees is expected to be taken over by Hengst in early 2021. In addition to the expertise in technical hydraulic filters, the transfer of more than 40 industrial property rights is also pending. Bosch Rexroth develops and produces complete filters and filter elements for industrial and mobile hydraulic applications. With the acquisition of Nordic Air Filtration (2016) and Delbag (2018) and the current transaction, Hengst is focusing on the expansion and growth of the Industrial Filtration business unit.

The purchase agreement was signed on July 16, 2020. GÖRG supported Hengst in the transaction in the areas of M&A and antitrust law. The parties Hengst and Bosch Rexroth agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
