[Hamburg, ] A GÖRG team led by Dr. Frank Evers has advised the French SEGULA Technologies Group on the acquisition of the German EK Design group. With the acquisition of EK Design group, SEGULA Technologies is strengthening its position as a respected engineering specialist in Germany and expands into Austria.
