GÖRG advises the Ireland based Staycity Group regarding the start of its first aparthotel in Germany

Köln, 23.10.2019

The Ireland based Staycity Group, operator of aparthotels, starts with its first hotel  in Germany at the Checkpoint Charlie location in the heart of Berlin. The opening of the aparthotel under the own premium brand Wilde Aparthotels by Staycity is planned for 4 November. The Wilde Aparthotel Checkpoint Charlie is part of the quarter development Charlie Living at Zimmerstraße. The hotel guests have 48 apartments at their disposal on an area of 2,725 square meters spread over five floors.

GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB under the lead management of Cologne partner Dr. Wolf zur Nieden advised Staycity Group on the negotiation and conclusion of the long-term lease agreement for the aparthotel. Staycity had already previously concluded a lease agreement for a second Berlin property very close to the historic Checkpoint Charlie. GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB under the leadership of Dr. Wolf zur Nieden also advised Staycity on the conclusion of that agreement.
