GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB advised the shareholders of MDT technologies GmbH, two family branches, on the sale of the company to the Scandinavian private equity firm IK Investment Partners. IK Investment Partners thus becomes the new strategic shareholder of MDT technologies GmbH.
