GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten, led by Berlin partner Silvio Sittner, has advised Bonava on the sale of a let ESG mixed-use property in the HUGOS neighbourhood in Berlin-Mariendorf. The buyer of the neighbourhood is HANSAINVEST Real Assets.
The property, which will be completed in mid-2023, comprises a total area of approx. 3,800 sqm and is located in the southern part of the HUGOS neighbourhood in Berlin-Mariendorf. The rental space is rented by the tenants EDEKA, a daycare centre provider Mary Poppinz and a therapeutic residential community and is therefore fully let. The property also includes an underground car park, outdoor parking spaces and car-sharing and electric parking spaces available to the public.
Once completed, the family-friendly HUGOS quarter will consist of 454 owner-occupied and rental flats and, together with the supermarket, daycare centre and a café bistro, will offer an attractive local amenities centre for residents and the surrounding neighbourhood.
Under the leadership of Berlin partner Silvio Sittner, the GÖRG team assisted Bonava in negotiating and finalising the purchase agreement. GÖRG has already successfully represented the residential project developer from Fürstenwalde in the past. Silvio Sittner regularly advises clients on the acquisition or sale of larger properties such as residential and office complexes, logistics centres or shopping centres.
