GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB advised Ampega on the acquisition of the "SouthHorizon" (SoHo) project development in Munich Obersendling for insurance companies of HDI Deutschland AG. The SoHo is a joint property development of the Optima-Aegidius group of companies with Hammer AG.
The loft office building at Koppstraße 4, directly adjacent to the Siemenswerke S-Bahn station and the Obersendling U-Bahn, offers 31,000 square meters of office and commercial space with a maker space for multifunctional uses. It is scheduled for completion in mid-2022. In addition to office space for agile and flexible working, the new building has two landscaped inner courtyards and a sky deck with a view of the Alps. Hammer AG will remain involved in the development after completion at a significant level. The transaction was structured by H2I Asset Management GmbH, which will also take over the asset management after completion.
