GÖRG, led by Munich partner Dr Philipp Grzimek, has advised Summitas Gruppe GmbH on a company takeover of Wolf Assekuranz Service GmbH, based in Essen. As an independent insurance and financial broker, the company advises clients in the property and facility services sector.
The Summitas Group is a joint venture founded in 2022 by JDC Group AG, Bain Capital Insurance and Canada Life with the aim of creating an integrated insurance broker with a comprehensive range of services. With the acquisition of Wolf Assekuranz Service GmbH, the company is further expanding its presence in North Rhine-Westphalia, thereby increasing its product and customer portfolio in the region.
