GÖRG has advised the duotec group with regard to the acquisition of the majority stake in ml&s manufacturing, logistics and services GmbH & Co. KG ("ml&s"). With the acquisition of ml&s further capacities in electronic manufacturing were created in order to meet the constantly growing demand for electronics and to sustainably strengthen the competitiveness of the duotec group.
ml&s based in Greifswald is one of the top 15 electronics manufacturers in Germany and employs more than 500 people.
