GÖRG advises cloud consultancy beBOLD on sale to TIMETOACT GROUP

Under the lead of Hamburg partner Prof Dr Stephan R. Göthel, GÖRG provided comprehensive legal advice to the shareholders of digital consultancy beBOLD GmbH on the sale to the TIMETOACT GROUP. 

Hamburg-based beBOLD GmbH is a consultancy specialising in cloud transformation and digital innovation. 

The buyer, TIMETOACT GROUP, headquartered in Cologne, is one of the leading IT service providers for medium-sized companies, corporations and public organisations. With a broad portfolio of innovative IT solutions and a strong partner network, the group is represented at over 30 locations worldwide and employs more than 1,350 people.

The TIMETOACT GROUP and beBOLD can look back on a successful collaboration even before the takeover. With Marcel Böttcher and Joris Schoor, the founders and managing directors of beBOLD, who will continue to manage the company and drive forward its integration into the TIMETOACT GROUP, the Group aims to strengthen its strategic consulting expertise along the cloud journey.

A GÖRG team led by Prof Dr Stephan R. Göthel advised beBOLD GmbH and its shareholders on all legal aspects of the transaction and guided them through the negotiations.
