GÖRG partner Sebastian Krapohl, a specialist lawyer for insolvency law, was appointed provisional insolvency administrator of Branding for Employers GmbH by the Stuttgart Local Court on 22 July 2021. The Stuttgart-based company with its approximately 70 employees hires out employees to well-known museums and event locations in the region and is also active in marketing consulting for employers.
In the wake of measures to combat the Corona pandemic, Branding for Employers GmbH has run into financial difficulties. Due to lockdowns and the resulting closures of numerous institutions and locations, the employee leasing division has been severely affected over the past year and a half. Unfortunately, the extensive restructuring and reorientation of the business model started by the company could no longer be successfully implemented, so that the company was forced to file for insolvency at the Stuttgart Local Court.
"We have already been on site and gained an initial overview of the current situation of Branding for Employers GmbH," said Sebastian Krapohl, the provisional insolvency administrator. "We are currently examining all options to preserve the majority of the approximately 70 jobs - if necessary by transferring them to other personnel service providers or temporary employment agencies. At this early stage, I cannot yet estimate the extent to which this will succeed. But first it is important to continue to serve the existing orders to the satisfaction of the customers and to stabilise the business operations."
