Graf-Transporte Internationale Spedition GmbH has successfully completed its reorganisation in self-administration: The Bochum Local Court confirmed the insolvency plan and lifted the insolvency proceedings with a decision on 31 May 2021. GÖRG partner Nils Meißner acted as the company's trustee, while Dr. Rouven Quick and Markus Birkmann of BBL Brockdorff & Partner supported the management as general representatives.
After payment shortfalls, Spedition Graf was forced to file for insolvency in self-administration at the Bochum Local Court in March 2020. The court then appointed the experienced specialist for insolvency law Nils Meißner as trustee. After the successful reorganisation of the company, in which almost all of the 200 jobs were saved, and the annulment of the insolvency, the transport service provider is now well positioned for the future again.
