GÖRG wins Dr. Philipp Naab for its real estate practice in Frankfurt

The renowned lawyer Dr. Philipp Naab (46) will join GÖRG´s Frankfurt office as Salary Partner from Gleiss Lutz in September 2020.
 
Dr. Naab has profound knowledge in the field of real estate law and advises national and international clients on real estate transactions and project developments. For many years, he has focused in particular on advising on the purchase, sale and development of logistics real estate and business parks. Further key areas of activity of the new GÖRG partner are commercial leases, advice on real estate financing and on real estate law aspects in M&A transactions. 

Before joining Gleiss Lutz in 2005 Philipp Naab studied law at the Universities of Frankfurt and Madrid. Since 2012 he has been working for Gleiss Lutz as Counsel. 

The new addition will further expand GÖRG's real estate practice, primarily in Frankfurt but also across locations. Jan Lindner-Figura, head of GÖRG's real estate practice, commented: "The financing, acquisition and sale of real estate plays an important role in Frankfurt. The addition of Dr. Philipp Naab will further strengthen GÖRG's real estate practice to support complex real estate and portfolio transactions, and his experience in real estate financing will also make a valuable contribution to our advisory practice".

With Dr. Naab joining GÖRG, the firm's real estate practice will grow to 47 lawyers, including 18 partners.
