Dirk Dannemann, B.Sc. advises companies and their boards in the run-up to insolvency, in connection with out-of-court restructuring proceedings (StaRUG) and in the context of insolvency proceedings in self-administration. He also deals with the complex preparation of restructuring and insolvency plans.

Another focus is the enforcement and defence of insolvency-specific claims, in particular insolvency avoidance and directors' liability claims. In this context, he advises insolvency administrators as well as directors and creditors.

Dirk Dannemann, B.Sc. is a lawyer at GÖRG Rechtsanwälte/Insolvenzverwalter GbR.

Before being admitted to the bar and completing his legal traineeship, he worked for several years as a research assistant at GÖRG Rechtsanwälte/Insolvenzverwalter GbR and the Institute for Insolvency and Restructuring Law, Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf.

He completed his legal traineeship at the Regional Court of Essen, including positions in the restructuring department of a promotional bank and a leading law firm in Germany in the field of restructuring advice and insolvency administration. Before studying law at Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf, Dirk Dannemann studied business administration with a specialisation in restructuring management and insolvency law.
