GÖRG appoints eight new Counsel...
Dr Lena Güldenstein is an associated partner in Frankfurt am Main. She advises public clients, in particular federal states and municipalities, as well as national and international companies on issues of public commercial law and related aspects of public law.
The focus of her work is on ensuring that procurement processes comply with the law and on advising on questions of European state aid law and the structuring of public sector projects relevant to state aid law in compliance with EU law. A further focus is on advising, supporting and implementing complex restructuring processes and transactions in the public sector, whereby aspects of budgetary law, public grants law and municipal law take centre stage.
