Felix Mann advises national and international companies on insolvency law and restructuring. In particular, he has experience in advising on complex out-of-court restructurings. In addition, he advises companies and their executive bodies on contract-, corporate- and commercial law issues. A further focus of his legal practice is the procedural enforcement and defense of directors' and officers' liability and insolvency avoidance claims.
His industry focus is on industry, trade and services and the real estate sector.
