Guido Utsch is a specialist lawyer for insolvency and restructuring law and a partner at GÖRG Insolvenzverwaltung Partnergesellschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB in Cologne. Guido Utsch is regularly appointed as (provisional) insolvency administrator and trustee by the insolvency courts of Aachen Düsseldorf and Mönchengladbach.
