Prof Dr Frank Stellmann is a partner at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB in Munich. The focus of his advisory practice is on the property sector.
He advises on all facets of property law, primarily transactions in the form of asset and share deals, property and asset management, including tenancy law in particular. His clients primarily include institutional investors, family offices, property owners and project developers. He also specialises in conducting complex legal disputes. Here too, Prof Dr Frank Stellmann has several decades of extensive forensic experience. He also holds a chair in property law at the University of Regensburg.
