Timo Rehfisch is an associate in the employment law department at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB in Cologne. He advises national and international companies on all matters of individual and collective labor law and also handles litigation before the labor and civil courts.
One of his main areas of expertise is advising companies on the design, implementation and termination of employment and service contracts, as well as on co-determination at the operational and corporate levels.
