GÖRG advises the founder of dp polar GmbH on the sale to 3D Systems

GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB advised the founder and majority shareholder of dp polar, Hans Mathea, on the sale of the 3D printing system manufacturer, dp polar, to the leading partner for additive manufacturing solutions, 3D Systems. The other shareholders, subsidiaries of ALTANA AG, also sold their shares in the transaction. 

Based in Eggenstein-Leopoldshafen near Karlsruhe, dp polar GmbH develops 3D printing systems for industrial series production based on a material jetting and hybrid technology for the automotive, medical technology, aerospace, mechanical engineering and consumer goods industries, among others. The company was founded in 2014 by series founder Hans Mathea.
